Rules & Guidelines

Please read all rules carefully before participating. These guidelines ensure fairness, transparency, and equal opportunity for all students.

Eligibility

Only current students of CMR Group of Institutions are eligible.
UG, PG, and Diploma students may participate.
Alumni, faculty members, and external participants are not allowed.
Participants may enter multiple categories.
Each category requires a separate submission.

Team Participation Rules

Maximum of 5 members per team.
Only one member needs to upload the content.
All team members must be tagged or mentioned.
Certificates will be issued individually.
The team leader is responsible for coordination.

Submission Rules

Content must be posted on a public account.
Accepted platforms: Instagram, YouTube, Facebook.
YouTube long-form videos are allowed for tech/startup/research categories.
Mandatory tagging of official CMR & BeSURE pages.
Mandatory hashtags must be used.
Posts must remain public until results are announced.

Content Guidelines

Vertical video format (9:16) is preferred.
Reels / Shorts: 30–90 seconds.
YouTube videos: up to 10 minutes.
Languages allowed: English, Hindi, Telugu.
Subtitles are strongly recommended.
Images allowed for art, photography & research categories.

Judging Criteria

20% – Authenticity
25% – Skill & execution
20% – Organic reach & engagement
20% – Creativity & presentation
15% – Growth potential

Disqualification Conditions

Buying likes, views, or followers.
Plagiarized or copyrighted content.
Fake achievements or misleading information.
Abusive, hateful, or inappropriate content.
Private or deleted posts during evaluation.
Any content harming the reputation of CMR or BeSURE.
